"Loved the muffins! Earl grey was especially good. Also muffins were mildly sweet which was perfect for me but might not work for everyone."

With the large range of coffee and tea specialties, a visit to Universal Bakes 2 Nicome becomes even more attractive, Also, there are oven-warm baked goods available, complemented by an array of cold and hot beverages. Surely, it's also a nice experience to feel like in the Wild West once, to drink and consume like the cowboys or even the bandits with a beverage or two paired with onion rings and a nice tasty burger.

"It was just me and one other customer on a late public holiday afternoon. There 's bicycle parking in front of the shop. It 's a small shop with table and tatami floor seating, but it was very comfortable and had a calm and very relaxing atmosphere. Take off your shoes at the hallway before taking a seat. I had the Lunch of the Day, which happened to be soy meat karaage as the main, and it was delicious. There were options to upsize the portions and/or add to your meal, but the regular portion was just right for me. Along with a chocolate date brownie , an iced coffee, a soy chai and a muffin, my order came to ¥2600. The drinks were good, but were on the small side, and the brownie was basically just a no-bake date ball. The moringa and carob chip muffin I got, though, was really yummy, fluffy and not too sweet. I 'd like to come back again to try other dishes!"

"I love Go Muffins Go! At first I stumbled her on a farmer's market in Omotesando and then made the trip to her business that I now visit every time I'm in town. The muffins are excellent and there are always new and interesting flavors to choose from. They are irregularly open, but they update Facebook and Instagram reliably with where they will be. Your small café shop is a beautiful place to sit with some tea and a muffin!"

"I often heard about Sasaya Cafe, but never really got the opportunity to try it out, as it is quite far from my usual Tokyo spots. Finally I made a plan, and oh how happy I was to go! The food was really delicious and the atmosphere was cozy, perfect to just slow down and chill for awhile. We got the tempeh cutlet plate and the cutlet Indian curry plate. Both were excellent, seasoned perfectly. For dessert we shared an incredible strawberry beetroot cake. All the food is vegan, but unfortunately the attached shop sells honey."
