"I am at the Terminal A location. Heard about your place from the coverage of the dust up with David Brooks of the NYT. When I found that the restaurants are owned by my frat brother I resolved to check it out when I had time. I'm not having good and it looks like most patrons at this time 1245pm are only having drinks. Recommendation: increase the quality of the wine selections. I will come again Service: 5"

"The pastries were just okay. I ordered a croissant and they asked customers in front of me if they wanted theirs warmed up and did not give me that option; it would have been much better warm. Also, a man in front of me had a large order and added to it twice after paying, thus cutting in front of me and everyone behind me."

"I like this Dunkin' Donuts for convenience but I pass it to go to the other Dunkin' Donuts by IHOP the reason I passed this Dunkin' Donuts is they're always short staff so that means they're not always open and when they are open. Crazy long line. So you know one person doing everything and I give him mad kudos for that but I don't have time for that."

"Love this Tim hortons usually get my order right most the time but problem is there's alot of times they don't even toast your English muffins. Or bagels soo you have to ask for double toasted every time. But anyways this mornings they say they are open at 6am on here. I pull up at 6:35 and the drive threw was blocked with pilons so I go and park out front of the store and there was 3 employees sitting outside enjoying they're coffee and smoke. I wait 10 minutes giving them time to get in and get things ready even tho it was already nearly 40 minutes after they open. I got inside and the employees hide in the back and I was unable to get my coffee and breakfast before work. Not sure if the hours are wrong or if they were just slacking with it being a Sunday morning. Either way it would have been nice to be acknowledged while I'm standing at the counter hoping to get my coffee. They ignored me this ruined my morning and made for a pretty bad start to the day. If the hours are wrong I do apologize for this review but if they were supposed to be open at 6am why were they not working when they should be and have things ready. Like 40 minutes past open and nothing out just a single pot of coffee for what I assume was they're self and not the customer. Anyways great tims and all but could use some better customer service."

"I would give a higher rating but when you order a turkey sausage croissant and a pork sausage croissant and they don't mark which is which and you have to look up on Google how they look just to tell the difference, that's poor service. Do they not understand that they look the same? How can we tell which is which if you don't mark them? Please have some common sense."

"When I got my purchase and opened it, this being the second time this gas happened at this same restaurant drive through, my sandwich was slapped together. The cheese all over the wrapper, the egg falling out of the sandwich and the sausage barely hanging in the bun. It was messy and difficult to eat. I was disappointed. When I gave the server my number she yelled my name a few times over the PA at the drive through and at the window, asking me if that was my name. It was embarrassing and I did not like it at all."
