"We have eaten here twice now and both times have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. After booking online a couple of days ago we arrive and are shown to our table. The waitress hands us menus, drink list and tap water.<br>
After ordering our drinks and meals we enjoy looking at the artwork on the walls and the chefs preparing our food in the open plan kitchen. Our entrees arrive- olives and grissini , arancini balls with tomato relish and calamari with two sauces. These three dishes are delightful and team well with a glass of house sparkling. The dishes are cleared and soon after the mains are brought to our table - linguine with clams, white wine and chilli as well as the bresaola pizza with porcini mushrooms. Heaven! My linguine came with a bowl to place clam shells into as well as three slices of warm wood fired bread with which to soak up the juices from the pasta dish. Our meals arrived promptly and service was exemplary. We will return to try the sister restaurant housed in the same building- Chinese."

"We visited for dinner on a Sunday evening after seeing a show at Cremorne Theatre QPAC. When my partner first suggested dinner in West End I cringed because parking is always a problem however on a Sunday evening parking restrictions are usually relaxed so I...gave in – and so glad I did!.. We chose main dishes between people with steamed rice to share. The service was quick and we were very happy with all dishes. The Chicken with Ginger Shallot was beautiful – you can really taste the ginger, they don’t hold back!., We chose to sit inside because the foot traffic outside is constant. Another dish we chose was Curry Beef Brisket Hot Pot – the beef was so tender. The only reason I wouldn't give this place a out of is the limited parking. However we will definitely be back, perhaps try lunch next time."

"I have been to this place a couple of years ago so when we were in Brisbane recently for a concert decided to go their for dinner. The service was incredibly slow it took about 10-15 minutes for us to even have a drink order taken. Once our food arrived it was ok but nothing special. My boyfriend had the green curry and it was ok he complained that the veggies were still raw and not cooked. I also had the same problem with my meal which was the chicken. It was literally chicken, onion and bok choy on a plat no fantastic. I don't know if we will be back for a while."

"Have been here several times for breakfast in the past year and that has been good, but not in the evening for over a year.The atmosphere and setting remains delightful.The staff and service was good. The wine list is expensive- cheapest bottle was $48. The tapas is substantial but appeared ti be mire like deep fried pub food. Perhapw ordered tge wrong things? We had calamari, chicken, miso fish cakes, mushroom aracini balls and the beer battered chips. Seemed like a good variety. A bit disappointed. This restaurant changed hands so many times over the last decade, so i hope this is not the trend again. It is great to live locally and be able to pop over the road."

"Love this place, have gone many times! I was not really a fan of greek food, but I love the food here.<br/ <br/ My favorite meal being the shared meat platter, with various diffrent side dishes. There is more rhan enough food and the matching of diffrent flavors is exciting. <br/ <br/ The meat is cooked to perfection soft in side and the chargrilled ourside, and the chips and salad is delish<br/ <br/ The environment is also pleasent and homely. <br/"

"Decided to have a relaxed Sunday lunch here, were shown to a nice window table. We decided on the set menu of a main course, dessert and glass of wine for $25.00 our very perky waitress was so busy being perky she forgot to give our order to the chef! After a very long wait we got our mains I ordered a salad and got a bowl of chopped iceberg, spinach and a bit of cucumber with a tiny smatter of slivered almonds, mostly untouched by any dressing, I asked for some dressing and was given a small bowl of heavy garlic commercial tasting oil. Not good. My husband ordered the delicious sounding roll shaved ham off the bone etc. what he got was a sad little excuse of a main meal. The wine was plain and ordinary. We decided to leave before we had dessert and after a "discussion" were not charged for the " mains". Fair enough, but what we had wanted was a nice relaxing Sunday meal in a presentable hipster cafe. Not to spend 40 mins waiting for chopped lettuce!I really would not recommend this place."

"Popped in here for drinks with friends, the outdoor beer garden is very cool with graffiti murals lining the walls. Great music and very busy. Although we didn't eat here, the smell coming from the pizza kitchen outside was enough to make your mouth water."
