"Thank you for the excellent excellent service and food! Went in today for the freak shake I'd heard so much about. Saturday afternoon with four boys, 6 month, 5 years, 8 and 12 years. Although you were a chef down, you seated us promptly, found space for the pram, saw the desperation in my eyes when you told me it was a 30 min wait for food. You served me coffee and our freak shake in minutes keeping the boys at bay and food within ten minutes. Excellent chips and cheeseburgers kept kids and mum/ Aunty happy. Thank you so so much. Boys loves freak shakes. I loved you kind kind service!"

"We went here for a end of year book club dinner and it was appropriate and delicious. Surrounded by books the venue was really different and the food was great for sharing with each meals taste well balanced and delicious. I was so impressed I brought my husband back and it again impressed. Would definitely recommend. Make sure you order some sides they were tasty!"

"What a pleasant surprise! Visited here last night, was not expecting the complementary bread sticks and olives but delighted to have them! The margherita pizza was sensational! One of our pizzas had a slight hole it in, so the staff offered a complementary drink, however this was not necessary as the pizzas were extremely fulfilling but the offer was appreciated. Definitely will recommend you guys!"

"The alley bar grill is located in the pacific suites canberra and many of them are guests who stay in the apartments above, although they do not have to be a hotel guest to eat here. we visited four times during our stay in canberra (three breakfasts and an evening meal). the breakfast is a buffet with fruit, yoghurt, chalk, baked, toast plus speck, sausage, mushrooms, borons, stir and hash brown. there is also a coffee machine and juices and water. the eating was of a good standard, although during the busy times, there was a small delay before empty bain-marie's were replaced. there were only two waiting staff at the mornings we visited...read more"

"If I could rate zero for customer service I would. I would also have loved to try their food but sadly that will never happen. It all started with me organising a surprise dinner for my husband birthday however the night we showed up (8 pax) we found I had made a mistake with the booking and got the wrong day, which was accidentally booked for the week before. This turned out to be the most costly mistake I have ever made. I had a lot going on in my life at the time and got confused by the online booking system. We saved the night and found another restaurant willing to take us. Crisis averted, or I thought it was until I found out Temporada had charged my credit card the full amount $780!!! I felt sick, I couldn’t afford that right before Christmas let alone any other time. I emailed them explaining I was so sorry for the booking mistake and would they consider refunding me or reducing the amount they charged me. Surely they would meet me half way. They replied quite curtly saying no and that it was like a theatre ticket, if you missed the night you couldn’t get a refund. But it’s nothing like a theatre ticket, they didn’t lose $780 worth of food. They refused to negotiate with me at all. Obviously profit is the only thing that matters and to hell with common decency."

"Great pizzas, very thin base with a good crust on the edge. Wood fired authentic. They offer tomato base or white based pizzas. Not loaded with too much topping just right. They created a hybrid for my vegan daughter of their Vegetariana with vegan mozzarella tomato base. She really enjoyed it. Delicious side Verdi of broccolini beans. Counter to previous comment we had great service on Sunday lunch. Thanks"
