"Food is too bad and so is the receptionist. In name of chilli chicken they gave some weird gravy chicken. When asked there is no bell pepper, receptionist just gave a rude face. The description of item clearly says it's indian style chilli chicken with bell pepper and onion. Vegetable noodles also so bad."

"This place is my absolute fave!! My number one go to spot for my weekly seafood fix. I've been a regular customer for the last 5 years. The food is really amazing, I always order a platter for one with hake, prawns, calamari, squid heads, mussels and salad. The food is always fresh and tasty and portions are big, I can never finish in one sitting. Service is top notch, the staff are always so helpful and really go out of their way to cater to you. The owners are also really friendly and always visible. This place is truly a little gem of the South. Love it!"

"I went to get a quick meal after a meeting. I had the halibut and chips. It was by far, the best fish and chips I have ever had! The batter was crispy. The fish was tender and flaky, the fries were perfection! It was recommended that I purchase the home-made tartar sauce. I was not disappointed! It was creamy and distinctively dilly; a perfect complement to the fabulous fish!"

"A friend of mine used to live in East Beach. She recommended Coney Island to me, as a newcomer to White Rock. The food was great. It was hot and tasty. I really liked that the fish was not greasy and had just the right amount of batter that had a light texture. The portion was fair to large. The service was great, too. It appears to be family run, which is nice."

"Oh boy, this place is real expensive. Well, maybe everything in the area is, I'm not sure. I haven't eaten around here before. The server was pleasant, but gosh those prices. The lobster bisque was very basic. The lemongrass muscles had okay broth but they were a bit sandy. There is NO free bread. The drinks are the most basic pre-mixes. Anyhow it was $175 to still be hungry, which is pretty wild. So basically, if you have the money to burn... well why not find a better than mediocre place?"

"Visiting the area found this gem. In old converted church decor and atmosphere great. From appetizers, mussels, eggplant fries to huge delicious entrees. Veal Marsala, linguine and clam sauce and Frutta Di Mara no complaints. Even kids enjoyed meals from children menu. Originally from New Jersey we think we know Italian food. Highly recommend. And ask for server Isabella she so very great"
