"The personal made this place for me loved that the coat was taken, the chair for me pulled out and at the end helped me back into my coat. small things that have done something special to me. eating was nice, but the biryani was too big and three of us had so much felt bad. Love-Decor I also didn't find the price too bad."

"Best Indian restaurant for miles. ilkeston has luck, for a small, unspectacular city in derbyshire it has a few really good Indian restaurants where you can get a good meal. but jhakhas is in a league of itself. there is a restaurant close from which for a long time a clasp of ilkeston, but each dish looks the same brown mosque and tastes identical, but with different levels of flavor. jhakhas could not be different. they can see almost all individual elements and ingredients in each plate. they all look so fresh and alive, they can say they were made to order. also the spizist dishes have punched through kindhearted aromen. the choice of dress is good, they get all their typical dishes, along with a selection of specialties and recommendations that I have found nowhere else. at my three visits it was always quite quiet, which is a great scandal, while I don't like it overwhelmingly busy, I would hate being one of the excellent places to close because its not on the main street and not enough customers. the personal was always quick to help and serve. always friendly and polite, without being overlaid. I would urge anyone who goes out for a nice curry to try to take only one chance, just once, because they will certainly go back and forth. oh, and the masala chips are one."

"Had a nice experience in this restaurant both the service and the eating was exceptional. so nice to go to a restaurant where the staff are there to make sure they are looked around. they went the extra mile for a family member birthday and. one of their drivers to get a cake from the local super market and did this for free, including the candles. absolutely beautiful people, amazing service and eat many thanks, very recommend a visit."

"I ordered the Donner meat on a nan with a side order of chips, the delivery was approximately an hour as expected. When my order arrived I opened the kebab to find a long dark hair. (My hair is short and blonde) i contacted the shop and they asked if I was able to keep the delivery with the hair remaining and they’ll exchange. I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt to rectify. I waited a further 45 minutes (which I didn’t expect, as it was a complaint) I phoned again and the man explain the order was on its way, with me waiting 45 mins I asked if the side order of chip would come fresh as this was part of a meal. He conformed and said “yes sir”. The delivery eventually turned up but was surprised to find no fresh chips and just a cold kebab. At this point I didn’t want the food but was f off for the way they treat their customers that actually give them the benefit of the doubt. The man accused me of lying and even admitted that the customer service they give isn’t good enough which says it all. I could understand if I was asking for money or freebies but none of that was mentioned because that wasn’t what I wanted. Avoid this takeaway shop!"
