What Sarah Frauchiger doesn't like about The Factory Kitchen:
1st visit to the Factory kitchen. I had the Ruby latte sourdough muffin with Cream cheese salmon which I really enjoyed. I would of given 5 but unfortunately our service wasn't great, we never got asked if our food was ok or if we would like anything else to drink. Our plates wasn't cleared either. It wasn't busy staff was stood chatting. I was disappointed as a family member was there 2 weeks ago they had a great experience. We left to get another drink elsewhere.
