"Cooks with attitude. Ordered 3 meals tonight. Enjoyed two of them. Questioned the double cheese and pepperoni pizza. Cook with attitude came out and started to peel the thin amount of cheese off the pizza and basically toss it on the table to show what little pepperoni and cheese was actually on the pizza. Not what i ordered but had to pay basically full price with a $3 discount on a $13 pizza. Total rip off. Not the waitress fault but she told us she didnt put our order in right away. Kept telling us it was her 3rd night working there. No other people were dining at the time and it took 45 minutes to get our food. After 10 years and a few complaints that never went the diners way. I will never order from this establishment ever again. Not only did i not get what i ordered in the pizza. But had to pay for something i couldn't eat or take home after the cook basically peeled apart every slice of pizza and slapped it on the table. We should really get a total refund after an episode like that."

"My husband and I stopped by on a recent Friday night for dinner, and we were not impressed by the food. Service was good: we were greeted and seated promptly, and our server was really friendly. Unfortunately, the food was lacking for the price. My husband had a pasta dish for almost $20, and it was bland and had very little meat. My fish was dull and the vegetables seemed like they were cooked from frozen: limp and soggy. My reisiling was served in a stemless glass, not ideal for a wine that should be chilled. For the price point, the food should be better. I wouldn't go again; there are better independent restaurants in Beamsville and area at similar prices. Definitely not worth it."

"That was our second time in this restaurant was really disappointed by the very bad service. the 1st station here was great, excellent service, no delay time in drink order food service. but in 2 weeks later to stop the service was very...bad we had friends meeting in the restaurant. we thought how much we enjoyed our first visit, our friends wanted to experience from the way. these friends ride from toronto. Now. from the time we hired our order for drinks, we waited almost 20 minutes to receive them. the waitress told us that she had a problem from another customer before she tried to run on a bill, later they came back. not our problem. had not heard. the food order came without waiting too much. when it came to pay the bill, she put my order to pay on a friend bill .. as there were 4 of us, it required 3 bills. one for my man, then I'll divorce for our friends. when we showed her the mistake she went back, she said it was correct, but it was still wrong. it was very sad that customers after our order refilled on their drinks."
