"This restaurant has an amazing vibe and open seating plan. I enjoyed the buzz it had on a Friday night! We dined when the 10$ pasta was on as it was an amazing deal I couldn’t miss out on! The black pepper pasta in the lemon sauce was delicious and excellently paired with mint and pea! The pizza we had was the second best pizza I have EVER had first to the one in Rome). I would definitely go back solely for the pizza<br/ <br/ However, the entree of bruschetta was less than pleasing. We ordered the bruschetta and whilst the tomatoes were delicious the bread was extremely soggy and uneatable. I wish I hadn’t gotten it as it was 12$ for one piece! The salad we had rocket and cheese had too much dressing and was too sour and soggy. We ate hardly any of it. The deserts also were below average. The chocolate brownie had random popcorn that really didn’t fit. The tiramisu which I had years before And adored was extremely disappointing and I could hardly finish it. All I tasted was cream. The biscuits were not soft from the Marsala and you could not taste any marscepone at all. This was honestly horrible as I was looking forward to it most.<br/ <br/ Otherwise a fun night in a good location. Food was hit and miss."

"Not my favourite Mad Mex, but as my boyfriend prefers this one because he thinks it's closer I will go often, tho I'd rather black town Mad Mex. The food is still good, but the staff are very rude half the time. They forgot my Guacamole once and I had to run back to get it cause I live for guacamole. The girl who served me knew I payed for it so and handed me one, but not with out being rude about it as if it was my fault they forgot? I didn't even get an apology other times they seem unhappy to be there, I get it I work at KFC myself, but you should either quit or put on a smile. I also hate the fact that they don't have a recycling bin for glass and plastic bottles !!! What the guys...read more"

"Went for lunch and had the lunch special 200g rump. It was cooked very well accompanied with green salad and chips plus choice of gravy. You order at the bar and get buzzer and wait for meal. Although it was busy our meals were provided rather quickly. Staff were very efficient and friendly"

"WORST CATERERS<br>

We hosted a wedding in December last year and I can describe kings Indian best as evasive, unprofessional and disappointing. <br>

The food we tried in the restaurant was decent and why we chose the catering company in the first place, also because of good reviews. <br>
<br>
However our experience on the day of the wedding was, the food was ok at best. Inadequate portions particularly for dessert. Service was appalling the bridal table did not get served until the end for most courses meaning our parents were left very hungry. <br>
<br>
Worst however is we lost almost $1000 in our bond with the venue due to the fact the caterers left the kitchen and function room in an appalling mess with leftover food and cutlery which should not have been used as this was the venues and we had agreed the caterers would bring their own (i imagine they had insufficient plates and cutlery on the day and thought it would be ok to use). <br>

The process to resolve this has been long and drawn out with multiple emails and phone calls to a management with everyone deflecting blame to one another within the company but no one willing to own up to the mess or take financial responsibility. <br>
<br>
I rarely write reviews but I feel in a situation where I am sadly powerless at least this can serve as a warning to those who don't realise the poor standards of professionalism kings brings."

I ordered the loaded fries, but asked if they could replace the beef minced meat through chicken strips. I was calculated extra and when it came out, the food had sauce, chicken and chips, but no cheese. Grief

I did not want to complain because the waiting time of food was already too long. Seriously, I could have made this court for a cheaper price if I made it myself. It would be better tasted. <br>

Otherwise, Coco Cubano is really a place where you can get a cheeky coffee or drinks. Would not recommend to eat here because the food is not worth it."

"The rating is average as I cannot stretch to very good and there is nothing in between. I have read some disparaging reports about this venue but when we had dinner the recently I have to say the food was good. I had a scotch...fillet steak with salad fries, others had a Margaretta pizza, the beef burger and we shared some salt pepper squid. Everyone was happy with their food, the steak was tender and juicy and not overcooked. What I would say is the downstairs bar when you walk in off the street is relatively small, there is a gambling area through a door at the end of the bar, but the wall separating them makes the front bar seem quite small for a Church St venue. The eating area decor is a little tired and the tables need maintenance, ours was like trying to eat on a rolling sea. Upstairs where the show was the decor and furnishings are in dire need of a makeover, but you do not eat in this area. It appears they are trying to renovate the venue step by step, but this is my guess only."

"I visited this pleasant cafe in Westfield Paramatta and the experience was delightful. I was greeted politely and orders were taken promptly. I ordered a white chocolate mocha and eggs icon. The mocha was good the eggs icon was served to expectation. The yolk was runny as I cut into it and the whole dish was flavoursome. I will definitely go back there for my brunches!"

"You know the anticipation of trying a restaurant for the first time? Tinged with a little worry that you might be wasting your money. And so it was: I did waste my money, on the “Cuban Loaded Schnitzel”. The blurb tells prospective customers that the...food is Cuban-inspired. The only thing inspired by Cuba is the name. It reminded me that I should avoid chain restaurants. The food was as bland as three day old fish and chips. And to boot. I recommend you to stay away."
