"I booked a visited for Mother’s Day, arrived and they didn’t have my booking. Waited 20 minutes at the bar ordered a coffee and a pint lady at walked off completely forgotten about my coffee, it finally got done was given no sugar or spoon,...then had to ask again as it was sweetener they had no white sugar only brown. Finally got a table, wasn’t given daffodils or Prosecco as promised had to ask, waited an hour an a half, and wasn’t worth the wait, got only one pudding had to wait for second one, the cheesecake was’more like a mouse and had 2 beard like hairs in it"

"Attempted to eat here as part of a canal trip. Called up after making the reservation and told they’re not doing food as the person is the only one there. Said in an rude accusatory way like I somehow should have known that! In general such a bizarre phone call and experience. Woody have been told this otherwise as booking all went through fine, and we would not have been able to eat that evening."

Consistently good eating, but there is a thing where tgi is good. the kind of customers who come here will never argue about the price. it draws a trendy type of quantity of young couples, families with big parents, elders and children, etc., etc. no 21 years old lad will his girlfriend a £7 cocktail begrudge when they get him somewhere, similar will not be a nice big slut over a £12 burger for their grandchildren argue when they take them out as tasty bites.
