Subway - Rugby

A normal standard subway, good food presented well served by friendly staff! Clean presentable place! Plenty to do around the area so a good reliable stop for lunch.

Popped in for a quick mid shop snack, had the nachos and a drink all served in a timely manor and the place was clean

It's a Subway, so you know what you are getting in terms of choice. Never had any complaints with quality. It's conveniently situated for the cinema, and depending on your point of view offers a healthy alternative to the Dominoes, McDs and KFC also on site, and a lot cheaper than Frankie Benny's. Its popular with students from the local college, so can be busy at lunch during term time, but during our visit today (summer hols) wasn't very busy, didn't have to queue long and we easily got a seat. The kids love being able to customize their sandwich, and my son is working his way through the menu.

After a 3-hour drive, I needed a quick stop and decided to eat at Subway, as I had good experiences there before. However, upon arrival, I was put off by the sight of feces hanging from the bin outside. Inside, the restaurant was in poor condition, with a dirty floor and leftover trash on my table. Although the toilets were clean, the overall cleanliness of the place was lacking. The employees seemed unfriendly and unenthusiastic, giving me short and quiet responses when I asked about drink options. Despite the food tasting fine, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome during my 20-minute visit. The lack of attention to cleanliness, especially in the midst of a pandemic, was concerning. The employees did not even acknowledge when I cleaned up my own table and threw away my rubbish. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience and will not be returning to this Subway location.

I frequently visit this Subway location. I must say, it is consistently clean. The staff is always efficient and friendly, even during busy times. The food is consistently delicious and fresh.
