"This is the only fast food restaurant in this plaza that I can find with a covered patio during a rainy day. The chicken burrito I got was fine, the service was fast and friendly, and the price is reasonable. Nothing extraordinary but meets my normal expectation of a taqueria."

"1st time eating here, from out of town. Had the 2 chicken Enchiladas w Rice beans, the Chile Verde w taco as well as Chicken Quesadilla for an appetizer and it was great food!! I would definitely recommend it. Service was fast.."

"Updating since the Oakland store closed: stopped by today at the SF location and picked up an order to go. Got the Cajun spicy chicken, fried shrimp, rib ends, smoked sausage (now my favorite), baked beans, potato salad, collards (best I've ever had, vegan or otherwise) and smackaroni. This stuff is magic. Every bite.Original review: Heard about this place and decided to swing by on our way back home from a road trip north. Outdoor seating. Order at the window. Tri-tip ends were crunchy and chewy like I like and the brisket was great. Fried chicken was so close it actually satisfied my craving. The Mac and Cheese was perfect, the Greens were the best I've ever eaten and I grew up in SW Louisiana. I went vegan on Jan 1 and this is hands down my favorite meal in 8 months. Whoever's recipes these are, is a f-ing wizard. I wish there was a cookbook. Killer vibe on the block where this place is. Very cool neighborhood.
