Yes it was 9 am, but never seen a target that bare, both of product and customers. Maybe because it it super hard to find a way into the parking lot?! After two tries we finally arrived on second floor. Parked in front of the elevator andwhen the doors opened we were inside Target. Two story store, has a cart lifter next to escalator, cool. What Blackberry BB doesn't like about The Shops At Tanforan:
Visited for the cinema. Giving 1 star for the following reasons: 1 some shops are closed but not updated on google maps. 2 at lease 4 escalators are not in service, so we had to take an inconvenient detour from the food court to the cinema. 3 food court not clean or well maintained at all (and only have fast food). 4 after the mall is closed, it's very frustrating for customers to exit the cinema and get to the parki...
