"We were advised this was the pick of the numerous Indian restaurants around town, but leave with mixed emotions On one hand, the Butter Chicken was rich with flavour and the Tikka Masala was authentic and so well cooked. Additionally, the traditional Indian ice cream (more of a frozen flakey texture than creamy for those who haven't tried it) flavours of mango, pistachio and coconut were very enjoyable to finish off the night There were negatives, though. "Beautiful food, wonderful service. My Son and I visited dawat the invitation this evening. We were greeted by the very friendly staff, who were also very kind my young son. We purchased 2 mains 2 rice 3 naan and 4 pappadums for $41 Takeaway. We took this home where my partner, myself and our son enjoyed the best idian we had ever had. Everything was perfect and we had pleantly left over. I highly recommend this as your next stop for quality authentic idian cuisine"
