"Great food and atmosphere. The pasta here is really great! I have the special Ravioli was, and I scratched the plate cleanly. The sauce was one thing..."

"Too noisy. We have been there before, but later in the evening, so we could understand the noise. But this was specifically early (had booked 5:30, arrived 5:15) and it was too noisy for our taste. The room reverberates noise. At least the music was not totally deafening. But I could not hear my wife across the small table."

"This is by far the most bizarre restaurant experience I have ever encountered. Three of us sat for an early dinner on a Monday night. Service started out warm and welcoming. My wife was the only person to order an appetizer, it was their bean soup. She also order the Branzino special as her main course and gently asked that if it be served without the head or tail. The server said its served only with the tail, so my wife asked again to please just ask the chef to remove it. The server seemed awkward and looked a little down her nose and said "I will ask the chef, but its not something we do". Really? The soup arrived. It was very bland and basically needed an unhealthy amount of salt and pepper to give it taste. We didn't mention it to the server because it seemed there was an attitude developing. The main courses were served, mine was tortellini and my sister's was seafood linguini. She asked the server if she could get a sprinkle of cheese on her pasta, and the server replied "It has seafood, we don't offer cheese with it". "OK" she said, but i would like a little cheese if you don't mind. "No, I'm sorry" said the server. We all sat there stunned and then she said "the chef makes his food properly and with the best flavour combinations". "But my sister wants cheese" I said, "she is the one eating and paying for it". The server just defiantly stood there and looked at us. I then asked if I could have a side of cheese for my pasta, which already had some parmesan on it. The server refused and said "its for her and I'm not going to bring it". We were floored. I immediately asked for the bill and then asked her why there was salt and pepper was on the table. I said "if the chef properly makes his food with the best flavours why was the soup so bland?" She didn't reply and I asked for the soup to be removed from the bill and we left paying for only the bottle of wine we bought. You don't dictate to customers what and how to eat their food, especially if you have weak food and average surroundings with limited skilled staff in the first placeNever, ever to return."
