"From the beginning it was not a good experience. Our host gave us too much information about his birthday and birthday to his girlfriend, because our birthdays were also this week. Next, our server took our drinks orders and was back in a flash. We ordered today 'special, Sam 's raw, which was not available. Side Note is that it is not really today's special . It is on the menu EVERY DAY. We have to sit in the sweet little private cabin with a curtain. The problem was that our server gave us no privacy. We picked up our order, but we always fell in. We celebrated our birthday drinks and wine would have been good to order. I could have ordered a birthday dessert if we were asked or if there was a chance to have a dessert menu. I paid for my vine salad, the short ribs of the friend, the side of the soggy spinach and a few cocktails. The reservation was 6:30. We were paid at 7:15. No joke. I gave our server a little less than fifteen percent because he wouldn't leave us alone. I got up to put my jacket on and he came over to take the bill and then turned to me and asked me what the problem was. So, Open Table, you asked for a review. The whole weekend I thought of this lousy experience. My hope is that this restaurant recognizes that people come for good food and a good experience when you go out on a Friday night. We haven't."

"The service has always been exceptional at Piacere. We went there on July 4th and there weren't many people there. Though our caesar salad did not arrive before our entrees. Our server was apologetic and allowed us to buy a dessert and get one free."

"A favorite restaurant! We'll make sure we're here every time we get to San Francisco. My wife and I love it absolutely here. We try something else every time we go and it's always amazing. The service is geaat, the staff are all very nice and helpful and the food is amazing."

"Town Hall is a go to for business lunches since I work close by in downtown SF. We enjoyed the biscuits and cornbread (don't miss) and the tartare for starters. The salmon was tasty. Unfortunately I found the "Tennessee T-Bone" sandwich to be disappointing and the first dish I've had at TH which I wouldn't reorder. Next time I'll stick with the fried chicken"
