"So… I had not been to an Outback Steakhouse in maybe 15 years or more. I typically go to places like Capital Grill, BLT, Steak 48, etc. I was recently convinced to go and try Outback again, of which I did, but cautiously. I have to say I was completely surprised and delighted by how good both the food and service were! My filet mignon was cooked perfectly rare (better than Flemmings), was incredibly moist and nice flavor… even The Cæsar salad was well prepared… nicely dressed… creamy, not vinegary or goopy. We enjoyed a Nice tasting tuna appetizer and perfectly steamed broccoli too. Our server Zorian was a rock star! He was The most polite and friendly server I’ve met in a very long time. Every single surface was clean and dust free… from the Edison lightbulbs, the air ducts and floors…. Spotless. Everything was impeccable down to every detail. Best of all, the price point was a fraction of the big time steakhouses. Thank you Zorian and kitchen for a great experience. We will be back."
