"This little gem is inside The Grand Hotel in Tijuana and it's quickly become one of my favorite restaurants! The service is so impeccable it's basically indicative of days gone by because service this good doesn't exist anymore as far as I know. The ambiance of the dining room is classy, clean, comfortable, interesting and elegant. The noise levels are quiet and the temperature and music are perfect. Finally, the food is incredible! The French/Baia fusion can be a bit rich but the flavors are amazing, delicious, creative and always served piping hot or at the temperature it should be. It's obvious they use quality meats and ingredients and have created a simple yet complex and cohesive menu that I would order and try literally anything from. I would trust Emma to deliver a top notch experience for any special occasion and I recommend them 100%!"

"You don't know how a real taco tastes until you try one here. this place is hard to find. I've been driving for half an hour to come to him, and I've been eating there for years. they're the streets that kill you. just use her gps or ask her. When you pull up, you see a wood grill. they go in and look around and they notice that there is a preparatory system in the back where they constantly marinate the new york steak they use for the tacos. that is not your American crispy taco. this is a true Mexican taco with only the best ingredients. they make the taco any style they want. they cook them right in front of them on a wood fired grill. or they can order them to go and they can go back to their hotel. with or without frijoles. I prefer her mas caseda. that means well done. I don't eat the drills, but I'm sure they're good. they don't serve a beer, so they drink before they come! then they don't have chips, but again this is an American thing. the tacos are like a little less than a dollar and so worth it. my mouth wants another, but unfortunately I am back in the states."
