"New Shanghai is situated with many other shanghai restaurants around and this one stands out. It has great lunch specials including 10 buns for only $8.80 and comes with soup. It tastes great and there is a short waiting line. The menu has a lot...of variety and overall I would recommend to others to try."

"Not a bad yum cha. The restaurant is located inside RSL club so if you are not from the area you need to get your ID scanned to be able to enter the premises. The restaurant is quite sizeable and they even had tanks with lobsters and abalone. We ordered the usual: char gow, rice noodles with prawns, garlic chives and prawn dumplings, spinach dumplings, chicken feet, mango pancakes. I judge yum cha places by their chicken feet and it was just ok (didn't quite like the sauce which was too sweet and no spicy flavour) but other dishes were good. Mango pancake was a bit disappointing too, probably because it's not a mango season."

"Love eating at this place! only 20 meters from the train station I miss this place every day and was intrigued why this fundamentally looking Asian caffe is so heavily frequented as the people are always in and out especially at breakfast time....With hesitation I am mistaken in a day and was greeted with a smile and the best meat weak or bark) pfancakes $3 pro savory travel other kitchen classics like rice and nudelsuppen also cheap and beautiful. it is not a beautiful place at any distance, very sparing on decoration, except the obligatory shave cat! I was able to record at most 20 people and is taken away mainly as quick snack."

"My man recommended the place without trying to eat, he saw that it was a lunch when he was over last week. So we tried to eat tonight. the service was fast and efficient, but eating was a break. the servations were. in general, the special nudel soup was lacking in taste and the bark, tripe, sehne were chewing. crispy chicken with tomato rice: rice was boiled half and hew was dry and perhaps overcooked. overall, in comparison to other many Vietnamese restaurant in sydney, it was a break."
