"Great place to get some real pho. Broth is great consistency, noodles were just a tad over cooked but that’s me being nit picky. I will still come back. They give so much broth, which I love to take home and drink later. Great find"

"We are Giant Ramen fans and try new Ramen is a favorite time of us. Nishikawa was an AWESOME experience. We have the Tonkotsu and the Yokohama wheels and everyone was stellar. Your Chashu Pork is one of my favorites that I had at a local Rammenplatz. The ravens are not ruffles, but a high quality. Really tasteful broth and the noodles were a generous portion and perfectly cooked. In addition, the portions were very generous for the price. The service was quick and friendly and the restaurant was clean. Overall, we had an stellar experience and added Nishikawa to our ramen rotation!"

"I attended a weekday lunch. I was greeted by friendly staff who set me right away. The restaurant was moderately busy, but my ice cream coffee and water were quickly brought. My food arrived soon after my order. I ordered beef “Bun” #B4 on the menu. The vegetables and herbs were fresh and delicious! The beef was tasteful and delicate. The egg rolls were not made in the house and were muddy inside and outside. The sauce (meat sauce) was bland and seemed watery. The ice coffee was also quite good – the condensed milk seemed to water down or perhaps from powder? It was a good drink and lunch. The prices were reasonable and the shares were good. Parking was easy and convenient. I'd return if I were in the area."

"It is one of the authentic Cantonese restaurants in which I as a Chinese and food lover, especially Cantonese dimme cum fans, I highly recommend it. In Hong Kong they serve with the car, it's the same. Order the noodles, it's gigantic!"

"I bought 2 large Teriyaki bowls on 11. September here in Ocotillo, Gilbert street position for dinner. I was so disgusting when I came home. The chicken is not fresh, burned or carburized (can be cooked twice), and has a bitter taste. The chicken is too little and is less than half of the other locations. The brown rice is dipped with sauce and is muddy. We weren't happy to see what we got this day when we tortured most of it. In the past, I have bought several times in this place and have no problems at all. But I swear I'll never go in again. I told my friends on social media about my bad experience and going somewhere else. To the manager I propose to retrain your employees who have prepared them or you will lose most of your loyal customers when I am one of them. Thank you."

"Delicious, great place for families! We have 4 young children and China magic noodle house welcomed us for our special dinner. Dining with young children is often impossible or just fast food. Here, we had a wholesome, incredible meal, at an amazing price. They made our food without spiciness, and my kids’ first experience with authentic Chinese cuisine was beautiful. My Claire is battling cancer and plays a game on her iPad where she makes different Chinese dishes. Today sure got to try them in real life. In addition, Claire was enchanted by seeing the noodle master craftsman create the noodles, at a view into their clean, efficient kitchen, complete with wok flames! Don’t miss this awesome place."

"Absolutely amazing in every way it was an experience to remember and nothing like you would find at a normal restaurant. The staff were attentive to a level we had never experienced and educated us about the native background of the restaurant and the food. Highly recommend but expect to be there for at least to hours"
