"Before ordering, read the reviews. Something I didn't do and I regret. I chose this place through Just eat, as I had an approximate delivery time of 30 to 50 minutes, which was the shortest of all the food to take, however, when I made the order, it was 1. 5 hours to wait. Well, the time came and he left. I had a delivery exit soon, but after 20 minutes there was no sign, so I called and I was informed that I was ready for delivery, so I said I'd wait a bit longer. When I didn't get here yet and I tried to return the call but I couldn't communicate as if they had blocked my number. So I sent a message through the Just Eat app and received one back saying they were busy and that the order would be with me shortly. Then they must have lied when I first called. The food finally came 1. 5 hours after its expiry. Pushed in my hand by the delivery driver without apologies. So a total of 3 hours from the order. I'd like to say it was worth the wait. But far from that. The food was warm, which makes me think I'd been at a counter for a long time. It was insipid and everything had a taste like they washed it with dirty water. The crunchy meat with chili had not seen a chili. I requested a refund of money that they rejected by sending a message apologized for the delay, but they will not refund the money and I hope I enjoyed the food. Well, New World if you read this. No, I didn't enjoy it. It ended up in the bin."

"I ate tonight. 25 pfu. I'm not a Chinese take fan, but my daughter loves it. that was delicious. singapore noodles, sweet and acidic huh, huhn chow my, a roasted rice, early rolls, crispy bark meat, all tasty and delivered hot within the hour they said it would take. I had terrible experiences with Chinese food in eastbourne, so it's great to finally find somewhere, I would like to use again."

"I'll wait two hours for my escape. at 17.50 clock, she called at 19.10 to say where is my order. then they say they cook it now. even a discount is not offered. hungry and still waiting. I called again and the daughter who is the owner cried on the guy who said no discount had not been 2 hours. I'm sorry, but that's a shame of 1hr.30mins already and still not eating. If you can't cope with the commands that come, don't take them. no other one is so long. Then why are you? I got my lunch 2 hours later, should get some free drinks nothing. also eating was lukewarm, the chicken balls were pink. I believe the authorities must visit them for food quality. no excuses. they have my number to contact me. as its shame....Distribute this amount of food they expect hot food and fantastic eating especially wait 2 hours for it, but nooo was a waste of money. I expect them to call me shaun if I am not at trade standards. I'm waiting for her answer."

"A very mixed experience for our first Chinese takeaway in the lovely town of Eastbourne. My kung po chicken, while lacking in subtlety and finesse, was a hearty plateful of satisfying takeaway grub. My wife’s special fried rice, however, was anything but special — somewhat dry and lacking in the tasty morsels one would expect to find in this classic dish. We will try Urban Jade again, once we’ve sampled a few rival Chinese takeaways."
