"My mum and dad use this takeaway quite often. Now I understand why. The food is first class and with the kitchen in full view of customers you can see the chefs cook it for you. Some reviews have been critical of the service but...it’s not really surprising as they are so busy. Ask yourself why they are so busy? I recommend you forgive them for any possible small misdemeanour and try them out. The food is genuinely good!"

"Food was mostly nice and delivered hot! The Char sui pork was not nice. It lacked taste and seemed soggy in texture. The sweet and sour chicken was nice back needed more sauce. Was a little shocked that after more than £80 we don't even get a bag of bangs. Overall we will order again give some other bits try"

"By esin huseyin after I returned from a trip to Thailand a few months ago, I have since found myself in a little Thai food whirlwind, except if I don't eat burger. but it is never really tuned to it, although busaba was probably the only place that is quite close, until now. I have not only found a game, but it is also right on my blunt doorstep – I can't say if this is a good or a bad thing that interests them. I met a friend of mine, whom I had not seen in absolute age, and we have taken care of several restaurant choices until we decided to go to our local thai – the meeting. I must be honest, before many mondens this restaurant was located in the next building of a pub, and it didn't really wake me. now it is about most of the pub and has established in the rule a bit of a following. we went in the middle of the week and when we brought our heads into the restaurant, it was absolutely heaving, and more people were spinning again and again. it was greeted with dark wood and red, the usual Thai fragrance in the air, and a lot of staff who were super friendly and attentive, who even by bowing and speaking thai. Once we set ourselves, we were given the huge menus as well as a sort of cracker and spicy sauce and left to laugh beyond the choices. it is really a big but organized menu that it is organized by paying – similar to taking away from their local Chinese. about 10 hours later after our mini pickup we were ready to decide on the net. that's what I've been doing at the end: kai kratiam: face fried chicken with garlic and pfeffer kao niew: sticky rice both of these dishes actually came under £10, and it was a hurdle that I couldn't even finish. but seriously, they simply slept so well – sometimes restaurants can smell something strange because the different smells of aromen that mix with each other. added, given the great aromes that are in Thai foods, including the huge amount of garlic they use, it melts amazingly in there. our tellers were decorated with huge flowers, and the small details really counted. I noticed that my court was really saucy, which is great when they sticky rice, as I feel, they need a little more oomphe in. I really think that the huh to veg ration was a little tilted on wings, which is a big thing, but each spoon was just exaggerated by huhn - not a negative thing, but. the sweet was still super crispy, and they even diceed some of the wobbles in there – actually, while I write that, I think that I might have given a bang, a bang and a paprika in a black bonfire. ha. in conversation with the workers they were out of bangkok, their attitude and eating was not in the slightest fake. "I have used this place, quite a few times over many years, mainly because it it has a 4 star rating, and does lovely big homemade pancake rolls and is near home. Unfortunately something has changed. Was a little bit apprehensive about ordering on this occasion again from here, as the last take away I had from here lacked something, taste mainly. This time was a complete disaster. I know when you get something bad the first port of call is with the supplier, and after using this place quite a few times it may seem wrong when you only write a review if you are not happy, but never the less I thought people should know. The management, would have maybe replaced the food or offered a refund, if I had complained, I don't know, I just wrote it off. My wife bit into the pancake roll and revealed a black hair, which she pulled, it went on and on, very long. Do I need to go on. Ok I will, it was not fresh, lukewarm, must have been reheated, as they are normally scalding hot and drip the frying oil a little. This was dry, microwaved. She didn't touch anything else. But I had to check out the rest. The hoi sin sauce that goes with the duck has changed colour, and I noticed this the last time, from the traditional brown, to deep red. The taste is not Hoi sin. The BBQ ribs are similar, used to be BBQ like, but now covered a bland red sauce, very like what comes with duck. Prawn chow mein, no flavour, bland. Prawn crackers, some white and fresh, mainly hard brown reheats. Cucumber and spring onion dry, limp and obviously been cut days ago. This order was made early on a Saturday night, but I got the feeling this was reheated Fridays left overs. I love a Chinese, but this was bin material. Sorry New Hong Kong you have blown it."

"Placed an order at 17.30 for collection at 19.30. Arrived at the restaurant to find approx 20 people waiting for their food. Some had been waiting over an hour after their collection time. Even though it was obvious the staff were not coping they were still taking orders. An hour late my food was ready. The satay chicken was very dry, beef was inedible it was so chewey. Prawn toast very oily. I would avoid this place!"
