"Have loved this place for years, but I hate the fact that every time I come here, I end up throwing away a massive bag of trash and plastic. Go back to using real bowls and silverware?.feel like companies have used covid as an excuse to to go to all singleuse items when you dine in. A dishwasher gets hot enough to kill anything on it. And it?s worked fine for years."

"They have rice bowls or noodle bowls that they have different beats on and most are vegan! there are tons of sweet like kale, kimichi, kohl, gurken, mushrooms and other dings like kartoffels and ananas to put on the dishes. the tofu is amazing. they have tons of sauces that they explicitly mark as vegan. also free miso suppe!"

"Top quality and truly authentic. A surprisingly clean restaurant. Having said that, sometimes it takes up to 40 minutes to get the food, which I can understand given that it's prepared meticulously, but it's definitely something to keep in mind if time is of concern. Delicious food! Must try veggie pho."

"Was really excited that there was a new place opening up for Ramen in downtown as part of The Garage. Maybe I'm a stiffler for good ramen, and that is most likely an unassuming strong yes, I will name my bias now. I got their Pork Belly Ramen which is essentially their version of a Tonkatsu Ramen, which is typically known for silky pork broth and pork belly chasu. I had high hopes as the noodles looked good, the egg looked perfectly jammy and actually marinated with soy sauce. But then I actually ate the soup and I kid you not there was a very thick layer of fat between the actual broth and the surface. The ratio of soup to noodle didn't help and it felt like I was eating noodles with a thick pork fat sauce as it some how thickened. I was pretty disappointed and made the ramen not easy to eat for a price point of $18. Maybe it was a bad day for them, or maybe I got the wrong item I'm not dismissing them completely but was definitely expecting better."
