"This place was awful from the start. I ordered a €3,70 coffee, one of the most expensive anywhere in town. It took 15 min to arrive and was terribly watery with no absolutely no creamer to be found. The wait staff were flat out rude...complaining openly in front of the guests about how many guests they were and how they all order at the same time and ask for the bill at the same time! Clearly they were understaffed which I find amazing given the extremely high prices they are charging in their menu. Then to top it off I pay for the coffee and the waiter walks off with the change without any indication from me that I wanted to pay a tip. A tip for that service is just offensive and the tip is the customers decision not your assumption. If you want a nice day at the lake, give this a huge miss! Es war schon lang her ich hab so einien schlimmes kundenservice erfahrt. Von anfang fangt der kellner an, vor die kunden zu schimpfen über wie viel tische wollten gleichzeitig bestellen oder zahlen. Ich hab zum Glück nür ein kaffee bestehlt und hat zwar €3,70 gekostet und circa 15min gedauert bis zum tisch gebracht war. Für €3,70 würde man was besonders erwarten, aber das war wässerig, geschma.klos und ohne creamer. Klar war ein personnel mangel, aber unfassbar zu verstehen wenn mann die preise in die speisekarte berücksichtigt. Beim zahlen wolte ich überhaupt kein trinkgeld geben, hab nicht aufgerundet oder stimmt schon gesagt trotz dem hat der den Geld weg genommen und abgeholt! Ja das ist meine entscheidung, und für solche service würde ich niemals Trinkgeld zahlen. Bleib liebe fern für echtes erholung am Wienerberg!"

"If you are looking for a special night out, go elsewhere! For a casual average meal with average service this was ok. Menu was all handwritten german which even my german friends couldn't read: menu limited and we had to wait ages before our food...came (to be fair they did apologise as a huge group had come in before us... but we had booked some weeks before so really this should have been planned for). Just not my cup of tea all in all... cosy and good for chatting with friends on a casual night out...food didn't wow at all. But was freshly cooked. Would suggest a nice place to take the kids for some Austrian food."

"The midday buffet is small but very fine. freshly boiled we were at the food the cook has controlled twice the buffet, brought fresh meat cutlery and aftertaste. again!"

"Begleitet von lecker klingenden Gerichten im typisch asiatischen Stil und auch ausgefallenen Kreationen, überzeugt das Konzept vom Restaurant Suli im Ganzen. Das Mittagsbuffett von 11-14:30 ist ausreichend bestückt und schmeckt trotz Warmhaltung immer noch lecker und sieht appetitlich aus. Auch das Mittagsmenu ebenfalls von 11-14:30 ist anspruchsvoll gestaltet. Preislich ist es vergleichbar sehr günstig, 6,90€ für das Buffet pro Person. Fazit: Ein Besuch lohnt sich demnach immer und für Jeden :)"

"The atmosphere is charming. they have the best customer service I have learned from. I had the crispy beef and it was excellent. later I had a hot pot with my family and it was very authentic and delicious. overall it is. a great place to eat Chinese food."

"The pizzas were quite thin, dry, and didn't taste amazing. the staff is not extremely friendly (the guy we dealt with couldn't speak a single word of English, and went on and on talking to me in German so quickly I couldn't understand a single word). Not even that cheap in the end."

"We went there after a visit at Schönbrunn. It was time for lunch. The place looks like a local pub, not too attractive, but as we have read nice comments on TripAdvisor we gave it a try. We ordered wienerschnitzel and beer. When the food came I was really worried, that it will be a dry and boring meal, but it was great! Juicy meat. Great sallad!"
