"Giving a solid 4 star. The Hood has so much to offer ethnicity that there is always something new! You order from the counter then sit down. The folks bring your food to you. The use of plastic forks and cups is the reason 4 stars were given. The chow is very good, well seasoned, reasonably priced and comes out fast. The Ice coffee is the BoMb B! Try it out you wont be disappointed! Plotted. Scouts Out."

"Great Turkey leg! The potato salad is spot on! Should be entered into a competition. Yes it’s that good. I travel all over and have had BBQ in every southern state. This is my favorite type of food. I can’t wait to come back and try more! So now to the reason I gave 4 stars. The Mac and cheese is 95% Mac. Basically noodles with unmelted bits of cottage cheese. So so disappointing. I recommend getting a food processor and shredding your cheese. Also adding cheese... I do a blend of 3 cheeses. If you are going to use cottage cheese make sure it’s one of 3. Then use foil for the baking so it can melt better. Then in your last 15 min take off the foil and put it under broil. We love a crispy top. Maybe longer or shorter depending on your oven. Also when you shred your cheese yourself you can avoid the cement cheese top. Just a tip. We will be back though to try more of your menu. Great business!"

"Sarah's kitchen is a hidden gem that the people of Killeen need to come out and support. Everything we ate was amazing! I knew the food was going to be good from the moment we walked in and saw smiling faces sitting at tables and all the great looking dishes they were dining on. Conversations were happening, but they were minimal due to everyone eating. We ordered and waited patiently. The lumpia came out first, and they were perfect. If you're looking for good lumpia, this is the spot! Our entrees came out next, and the portions definitely matched with the pricing. You will be full, so come ready to eat. The pancit bihon was next level. Everything was fresh and packed with flavor. The pork adobo was also top tier and highly recommended. Last but not least, the Halo Halo! This is one of the best desserts I've had. The different flavors and textures are unbelievable and paired like no other. Please give Sarah's Kitchen a try. My only complaint is we didn't get all sixteen of our lumpia. Only ten were brought out initially, and we were so full and satisfied that we forgot to ask about the rest of them."
