"No hair is accurate. But my food was hot full of taste and the staff on my visit was friendly and very attentive. Knödel (here to be Picky) had a small taste just one step away from being omitted too long. I'd come back."

"Ordered the Drunken Noodles w/ beef (Pak Kee Mao) and Basil Fried Rice w/ shrimp for lunch and I must say both dishes were delicious. I would give their Drunken Noodles a 10/10. Make sure you ask for spicy ?! I enjoyed every bite and it was an authentic taste. So far the best drunken noodles I?ve had in central jersey. The basil fried rice was tasty but could of had more shrimp because it I ordered it from the regular menu and not from the lunch menu so it was more expensive."

"A ramen fusion restaurant located in the same complex as the Asian Food Market. We are still on a quest to find a good ramen place in Central NJ.Ambiance: Booths all along the sides of the restaurant and a long table down the middle. It is nicely decorated and very cozy. Our order: Chicken karaage, veggie ramen, pork shogoyaki, chicken lime ramen, and japanese sausage fried rice. The chicken karaage didn't have much flavor if you didn't dip it into the sauce. It came with 2 types of dipping sauce (white lime flavored, reddish/orage slightly spicy). My veggie ramen was just ok. The best part about it was the noodles, which are hand made in house. They were bouncy and chewy and had great texture. It came with woodear mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, bamboo, and fried tofu. I felt like it was still missing something. The pork shogoyaki was a bit bland for me. It came with pickled veggies, pork, rice, and a bit of noodles. I was surpised to find noodles in it was I was just expecting rice. The japanese sausage fried rice was pretty good. The sausages tasted very similar to just a regular hot dog and it added just the right amount of saltiness to the dish.Overall, just an average ramen place. Nothing really stood out that would make us return again. We didn't try the other menu options like their sushi, korean bimbimbap, etc. But it's great that they have so many options all in one place."
