"The noodles are way too thick.. (equivalent to Sg mee goreng or laksa noodles but maybe a tad harder too chew) the bamboo shoots are extremely salty to taste. your non-conventional ramen. Avoid at all cost if u are a true-blue ichiran or hakata ramen fans!"

"かれこれ十数年通っています。 個人的にはざるうどんが非常にオススメで、他では体験できないようなツルツルモチモチとした食感や喉越しを楽しめる。また、つゆの温度帯も冷えすぎでなく香りが際立ってとても良い。うどん自体は大満足です 少し残念なのは海老天で、天ざるを注文すると2尾付いてくるのだが、何故か片方が揚げたて熱々、もう一方が作り置きで冷えてしまっている。前までは両方揚げたてだったんだけどな…？そして何よりも昔に比べ明らかに揚げる技術が低くなった 今一度あの奥様の天ぷらの技術を伝承して頂けたらなぁ〜と強く思います。"

It's a little far from the station, but customers come in quickly, and the menu is simple, so I felt popular and confident. 伝統の富山ブラックが食べられるお店です。 チャーシュー・メンマ・ネギのシンプルなトッピングなので、富山ブラックのスープがズドーンとインパクトがあります。私のような初心者はちょっとしょっぱいと感じましたが、独特のコクのあるスープはなんとも言えない伝統を感じました。 駅からちょっと離れていますが、お客さんがサクサク入ってきますし、メニューもシンプルなので人気と自信を感じました。"
