"The chefs were good at serving first-time guests like me, but appeared not to know how salty their ramen soup and char sius were. Generally speaking, the range of acceptable saltiness is not so wide for human, but they did not understand this basics as culinarians. To be honest, the saltiness of their ramen was beyond my acceptance. The owner had better re-check his ramens with his own tongue."
