What User likes about Miàn Wū Tún Dào Chǎng:
The mazesoba is done very well. The noodles cooked to the right texture, not too soft or chewy. The chashu (pork) was a bit too salty, but i guess just right in the hot summer. Seems popular with the nearby college students as well as some blue collar workers. View all feedback.

The chefs were good at serving first-time guests like me, but appeared not to know how salty their ramen soup and char sius were. Generally speaking, the range of acceptable saltiness is not so wide for human, but they did not understand this basics as culinarians. To be honest, the saltiness of their ramen was beyond my acceptance. The owner had better re-check his ramens with his own tongue. View all feedback.
