"I never had the opportunity to stay at Outeiro . I tried repeatedly to check availability, both through website forms and gmail , but never got a reply. So I was left wondering whether that meant that there was nothing available, or that my failed attempts at communication were a result of long distance glitches. However, all of the other places I contacted responded whether they had something for us or not. Bad form. I gave them five out of five so as not to bring their rating down, but I thought you needed to know."
