"We had an exceptional dining experience last week at the 'soft opening ' of 7908 Aspen! I had one of the best steaks I have ever consumed! A melt in your mouth Filet with Chimichurri Sauce, and crunchy Oyster Mushrooms! For dessert, we had a tower of chocolate decadence that had hints of Earl Grey! We sat in a booth that looked out at a horseshoe-shaped bar where we viewed the many patrons enjoying the bartender 's preparations of exotic concoctions. Fantastic atmosphere, stellar wine food and service! An added plus is the art by David M Gamble adorning the walls!"

"From start to finish, an extraordinary experience. David's magnificent cocktails. When the table became available, thanks to Cathy and Eddie who walked around the room making sure everything was perfect, the real experience began, led by Adrian. I didn't remember that I could enjoy dinner so much. Starting with the tuna tartare, the octopus, the aspen salad to continue with an immense veal parmigiana and ravioli with black truffle with an off-the-scale flavor. And last the mili foglio and a magnificent cheese cake. Everything paired with the best chablis thanks Tim. An unforgettable experience without a doubt."
