"Biarritz is a lovely place full of beautiful views and human beings. We are enjoying our time here like never before!! But the ONLY BLOT on our entire holiday was visiting this really awful restaurant with some extremely rude staff. I was there with my wife and two kids. My one year old made 3-4 playful scream on which the one staff came yelling at us and started talking very rudely. He used some expletives too. He was then joined by, what I think the manager/head of the place, and together they almost paunch at our baby and ready to manhandle us. Thanks to two other staff who came and apologised to us otherwise we might have ended up calling the police. Must admit food was "okay"; nothing worth the price that you pay. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to any decent person especially a family with kids. There are plenty of other places in Biarritz which is fantastic BUT Passy Grill is one pathetic joint that can spoil your holiday."
