"An unexpected finding! I didn’t think I was going to find something up to this level in Huesca. The level of service was very high and everything, from presentation to explaining of each of the dishes was extraordinary. They were all half portions and I enjoyed each and everyone of them. The wine choices were good exquisite. OverallI I am glad I came across this wonderful restaurant!"

"The correct menu, price €21.50. There is no air conditioning or they did not put it on, it is a bit hot. The waiting time between dishes about 15'. Of four people who went to eat, 2 ordered the same thing and we had intestinal problems during the afternoon, just in case I will not go again. It was good, good plating and correct attention, cleanliness and kindness."

"No sure, about all those great reviews, for it’s a tourist trap, with prices higher than in way bigger cities. I do not recommend risotto advertised as a Black Rise and Squid. For me it was just overboiled WHITE rise with black ink from the squid... There was also like half of a SINGLE squid ring in it...so just pretty much all I’ve got was just rice that was a bit tasteless and nothing else for about 9 Euros. Also if you eat outside you pay about 10%!!! more than advertised ....but inside all you can smell is the floor cleaner and other chemicals making it unpleasant to even consider to dine inside."

"The hotel as a hotel is the most beautiful thing you can find. beautifully placed in detail. the rooms, the bar, the restaurant, the garden. you want to be in any of the rooms. the views are fine but in that hotel they would paste more entrances into the pyrenees. It's really on the slopes of the pyrenees. My glue was the restaurant. We had dinner two nights. But I was expecting a lot more. I didn't love it. the very dry tie, the octopus something hard, the correct eel, the trout tataki and the rich but not spectacular morcilla. the best of the longaniza noodles. still so it was so agusto that we didn't care why I repeat that we didn't have a bad dinner either. Congratulations because the hotel is wonderful and recommended. excellent reception treatment."
