"Visiting Kolonaki Greek Kouzina in Parkhurst, Randburg, is like taking a mini trip to Greece without leaving Johannesburg. The menu is a mix of modern and traditional Greek dishes, and each item we ordered had its own unique flavor. The tiger kataifi was a crispy delight, and the beetroot hummus was a refreshing change with its earthy taste. The hummus, tahini lamb were rich and savory, while the grilled bifteiki was tender and well seasoned. Now, onto the pork belly it was cooked to perfection, tender with a nice crunch on the outside. The roasted cauliflower was a pleasant surprise, light yet flavorful, and the Greek salad was fresh, with each ingredient shining through. The service was exceptional. It was one of those places where the staff just knows when to come around. I barely reached for the water bottle when a waiter appeared, ready to pour it for me. It’s the small gestures like this that really elevate the dining experience. Kolonaki has a relaxed, friendly vibe which makes it a great spot for a casual dinner or a gathering with friends. The staff is attentive, the ambiance is comfortable, and the food is delicious. It’s a place where good food meets good service in a cozy, welcoming setting."

"With Christmas in the air, and jingles play all around, OneNineOne does it with style, the coffee is always good and espresso delightful, it definitely takes to the cravings. Oh yes the crowd is a bit grown up but well deserving, and with holidays in Johannesburg, it's quiet yet cool, <br/>And just to mention the beer is cold which is great and if you get your smoke, on, the outside cigar lounge is fabulous."
