"Great beach bar on a rare sandy beach on Pico. Easy place to swim out. Snorkel first then come in for lunch and beers on the patio. We spied an octopus . Beautiful blue underside. There used to be more sand at this beach but apparently the winter storms took some away."

"The seating are wooden benches of plastic chairs. Only we went to eat there anyway, because it had good reviews. I understand why. because the food was great. I had something which I believed was called pickled beef which was beef pieces in a sour dressing. It was so good."

"Perfect food and perfect owner of this place. Very good local white wine. They bring you some bread with local cheese and pepper sauce as a starter. We shared octopus salad and then mix salad with tuna and octopus risotto. Everything fresh and delicious. Very big portion but they gave us takeaway box. In the end the owner offered us also a homemade fruit licor. 5 stars for food and for people who worked there. Just before the lunch we punctured tire but they even help us to change it! Go there if you visit Pico not just for food but also to meet amazing local people"
