"An exceptional fine dining experience from beginning to end. Hats off to the chefs for taste, quality ingredients and specifically the presentation. We also opted for the wine pairing with our degustation. The wine pairings went well with our meals, however we would’ve loved to learn more about the history and tasting notes. Unfortunately due to restrictions being implemented the night before our visit and not to cancel guests bookings, all seatings were reduced to 2 hours with a reduced menu. As a result, we were more tipsy than full by the end of the meal but understandably, Maxwell did what they could given the circumstances. We definitely are keen to go back for the full experience."

"I am reviewing this based purely on the wine I drank here. It was excellent. The dining room and tasting area is very elegant. Industrial feel and service was lovely. Every red wine I tasted was excellent. The sangiovese and Shiraz was exceptional, we bought a lot to be delivered to Sydney. Do not eat though at the restaurant Little Wolf Osteria. It was terrible. Feel free to check my one star review of that experience on that separate google listing. There are other amazing places nearby that you can eat at that are way better."

"We took a chance and were able to get into the fabulous Salopian Inn for a late lunch. Being gluten and dairy free I was pleased to have the choice of a number of very tasty dishes. My choice was a pork coconut pancake which was delicious and tasty as. The sides were large and definitely suitable for sharing. Great service in a welcoming atmosphere. The aboriginal artwork would have been worth the visit alone."
