"Write a review for this restaurant is somehow not so easy. Since another reviewer has already written, this fishing business is on the way to becoming a really good restaurant. However, this statement does not relate to the food itself, because this is quite sufficient for the requirements of a fish restaurant which is good in the best sense. Standing on the ground, without chichi, but with beautifully covered tables, beautiful wine glasses and a rather remarkable wine card from which you can also take something for the evening at the local canoe. It is therefore rather the ambience and location in the middle of an industrial area, which initially has a somewhat irritating effect. On the other hand, the menu is small, clear and testifies the fact that the cook, or the chefs, know what they do. Here everything is witnessed by competence when it comes to treating the product fish itself and its preparation. Cooked in open kitchen. The preparation is freshly unpretentious and fast. There is also a fresh fish counter in which the fresh fish is sorted and explained. So a secret tip if you are looking for something special for your own kitchen. Schnitzel in the B note are only available for the mayonnaise in plastic bags or in also served ketchup. This is neither sustainable nor beautiful today."
