"Stopped off for a bite whilst cycling, what a treat! The food was delicious, fresh and cooked perfectly. Had a squid octopus salad Sicilian style which was lightly cooked and not deep fried. Accompanied by the delightful house white this is definitely a place to try for authentic Italian food."

"One of the best restaurants in Pisa and it is worth very good reviews. If I could eat there twice a week, I would. I had grilled quad that was pictured. All 4 dishes we ordered were excellent, including wild boar and octopus salads"

"Good food and great service. We were served by a lovely English speaking lady whose name we didn’t get but who had worked there for 16 years. When we ordered we also asked for water (which we confirmed with her colleague we wanted when we were seated but we were then ignored for a good while) and she apologised her colleague hadn’t brought it or offered us an aperitif so she brought us complimentary Prosecco. She was so helpful with our dietary requirements (I am vegetarian and my husband is gluten intolerant). When we pointed out his dessert hadn’t been put on the bill she checked with her manager and then told us it was free of charge, before bringing us some extra dessert of mini meringues. She also offered us some complimentary ice cold limoncello (my favourite) and kept telling us to take our time and enjoy. Exemplary service that ensured a lovely evening!"
