"We were recommended this place by our Airbnb for authentic Portuguese and it certainly didn't disappoint! We had this extremely sweet English speaking waiter that helped us order. We aren't used to ordering by the kg so we told him we wanted smaller plates and he gave us perfect portions. We ordered barnacles and he gave us instructions on how to eat it. He gave us a wonderful recommendation on white wine that paired beatifically with our meal. We ordered stuffed calamari, mixed clams, barnacles, langoustines(not in the menu, he said it's only there when it's in season). Everything was delicious! And again the service was just spectacular!!"

"We found this restaurant on the first day in portimao and decided to eat here at lunchtime. we had eaten 9 out of the 10 days here at midday. eating is freshly prepared and they almost always have another dish of the...day we tried and were not disappointed! the personal is friendly and welcoming and declares the courts before. happy, eat and wein recommend, and not always the most expensive! beautiful experience!"

"Totally amazing - this place from the outside looks like a food court. Almost walked by it. We walked up and was pleasantly surprised. The views are epic, but the food was the star. Service was 5 star. We went twice and in the 10 day visit to Portugal and I'd wish we'd gone at least another. Price is competitive and pretty on point. I can't say this enough.... go visit this restaurant"

"We got grilled sardines and grilled baby squids, they are sooo tasty!! The sardines are too salty for me but in a good way, you can smell the charcoal grill and the portion is generous !! Baby Squids are my fav, very fresh and good quality. The price here is good, not touristic at all, we see many locals here. You will have a great time here, I highly recommend: try their green wine as well !"
