"Inconsistent! Was impressed with my first delivery order so much so that I ordered again the next day so my daughter could try it too. Super disappointing this time. I know now why several reviews comment on the small portion of meat veggies. Irequested to sub chicken for the pork in the spicy miso and instead got what?s pictured here. The app indicates that they canaccommodate requests but can charge extra so I was okay with that.They didn?t read or acknowledge any of my requests this time(they did last night), the veggies were raw, no jalapeños like requested and super cold? and it?s not because I let it sit onmy porch. I grabbed it while the driver was still leaving. I?m giving two stars because of last night and the taste is there.Thenoodles are the right texture and the gyoza is really good, albeit ice cold also. Perhaps in store is the way to go or maybe itdepends on who is on staff that day and time? Not sure if I?ll try it again and risk it for the price."

"I was a regular of Poké Haus for roughly a year before moving away from the area. Food was always consistent fresh fish and produce, great service hard to beat.I finally moved back to a place close by and thought I'd revisit one of my favorite old haunts... but after getting home with my meal, I immediately noticed that something was SERIOUSLY wrong. The rice was dry, the pineapple was rock hard, the tuna and salmon were old and bland... but worst of all the shrimp I was served were flat out rotten ammonia smell and all. How they can get away with serving this to customers? I called the restaurant and let them know about the issue they didn't seem particularly concerned.I then checked Yelp and discovered that my experience is not uncommon. The location apparently came under new management... which has led to a pretty extreme drop in quality. I'm honestly crushed that one of my favorite local spots has nosedived so incredibly. I hope that they correct things for future customers, but I will absolutely not be back and if they continue to serve old and rancid seafood I would recommend that everyone steer clear."

"Great little neighborhood restaurant. Grew up with it down the street from my home growing up. Reasonable prices. Great food. Teppanyaki and Sushi!! You want bougie fancy?! Go overpay at Benihana!! Never had a bad experience in 44 yrs. Family place with a good friendly atmosphere!! The “Cheers” of a local neighborhood Japanese restaurant."
