"I have to give them credit for customer service. They was very nice. But I would give zero on the food. I waited over a hr and it was all made wrong. I asked for sauce on the side but all the meals had sauce on them .. Out of a $60 order only a cheeseburger got ate after taking off the lettuce that could of broke a tooth it was so hard. The lemon pepper chicken was horrible!!! I literally spit it out. The bacon cheese fries was ok on the few fries that actually had it on them. I was so excited to go there because I always hear people talking about going there but I don’t get the hype it was very disappointing."

"I have celebrated black restaurants in black history month. capital city soul food was closest to me. because if covid, the menu was cut back. I ordered cats, green collars and mac n cheese. there was enough for two meals! everything was delicious. the maisbrot was still warm and so moist. I will definitely visit there again. great work!"
