"The Buffalo Fish is always fresh. The large portion came with 5 large pieces. It was fried well, however it was cooked slightly under for my liking and the breading in places was a little wet, however, that can easily be fixed by asking for it to be fried hard. As always it was seasoned to perfection."

"Ordered fried chicken. Took 25 min to make which is expected. The price must have gone up over the last year. I spent 17.70 for three piece dark with one corn bread muffin. What happened to the cornbread, they forgot to put it in the box or what brethren ????? I mean I thought it was $13 but whatever, that's the economy I guess. But I can get a whole chicken for that price cooked for me.I stay right down the street so I have to support, but the chicken was more salty than usual, still some of my favorite chicken. Also, front bar guy could be a bit nicer especially when I'm dropping 17 on a three piece with NO SIDEs?!?."

"My recent visit had the worst service I've ever experienced at any restaurant. We waited a very long time to even have our orders taken, it took almost 40 minutes for the food to come out, and then it was cold. When we complained we were given excuses. To top it off, since we were a table of six, they automatically added gratuity, something I've never cared about at any restaurant previously, because, I've never had such bad service. I hadn't been to Comfort in a few years, and now I'll definitely never go back."

"I really was not expecting their food items to be as great tasting as I thought. The very best thing I like that they use dehydrated garlic not that garlic powder stuff. Garlic powder is really thick, and makes food taste processed. I really enjoyed the meaty ribs, the baked beans were so delicious, and the peach cobbler was so perfectly prepared without all that sweetness to it. Best place to eat! You can sign up for rewards too!"

"Different dining experience for sure; I had the shrimp; was a bit tough but the Captain’s Boil sauce was very yummy; I also had the corn as side and cooking it in the bag with the shrimp made it very tasty. We had the calamari for side; was nothing special and pricy compared to the other menu item. My cousin had crawfish and that was tender but not much meat. I wish they extended some of the lunch menu items to dinner."
