"Loved seeing a short line out the door on a Friday morning; knew we were at the right place. There was no wait since we sat at the counter and got to watch the plates being sent out of the kitchen. A fruit plate caught my eye looking fantastic. Of course our breakfast was perfect and exactly what we ordered. Staff were so friendly and cheerful I see why locals eat here. Great spot! I love bagel breakfast sandwiches but hate making them at home."

"I went here w eyes bigger then my stomach. ended up spending around 60ish on close to 2 lbs of meat w 4 sides. for 2 people. we had left overs for days. so the portions were great! the staff was friendly. the food was very very good the fried mac was original (to me w it's jalapeños breading. the cat fish was also fried beautifully (both of those are hard to do right and easy to mess up . the pulled pork ribs were beautiful and satisfying. (I don't remember if I had any of the brisket, and I definitely don't eat greens or ocra (hate the flavors but I was told they were both amazing from my friend who eat them. so great price big portions clean nice seating, and worth the price ez"
