"The food was okay. Lacked flavoring. The service was mediocre at best. It took us about an hour to get our food, and it didn’t all come out together. One of the dishes in my party came out completely wrong and it was an allergy dish. It then took an additional 15 minutes to get a new one. The manager never came over, nor did anyone really acknowledge the problem. On an a positive note, the mimosa and espresso martinis were delicious."

"Never disappointed. I was in tortilla flats several times, but only once after my choice. I was so disappointed by eating that I would never have gone again for the first time, but some people enjoy eating here inexplicably so that I occasionally go there is no worse place to get a drink - the bar is big and lively, and the amount is generally friendly. it's just when you have to eat there, everything goes to hell. the first time I had eaten there, I started with chips and salsa. the salsa was really a bit of the worst I ever had. if they don't call it salsa and it's something like that, I might be more sympathetic...read more"

"Excellent food and service! I had scallops, they were perfectly cooked and served on top of light fluffy butternut squash ravioli. My husband had filet and short ribs; so tender you could cut them with a fork! We also had dessert which was equally as fabulous!We had a table in the front which was great for people watching.
