"This was definitely one of the best meals of the holiday. The way the buffet was set out was just beautiful. A graceful swan carved out of ice to the wonderful decorations carved out of fruit and vegetables just amazing.The starters were endless with plenty...of half lobsters ,just my favourite food. Melon soup, endless seafood with numerous dressings. I could just go on and on. The entree was Roast beef , roast pork , roast lamb with plenty of vegetables. I now go onto the desserts which were out of this world. Eclairs of various flavours, mousse, gateaux, Mille fieuille, ice cream, it just went on and on totally magnificent . I can only think of all the hard work the chefs put into this but really appreciated. The staff waiting on were excellent nothing too much trouble. Wine excellent. Cannot fault it."
