"Good. beats kfc or nandos. better quality. although very recommended. I didn't think it was as high as I expected, and a little dry. lemon cutter was very good. So the tortilla was. very fast since before the phone. almost another 5 minutes waiting, and the staff was not very friendly helpful. would probably use it again. Three stars would have been hard. close to 4 stars"

"1st time at Mexigo, and excellent burrito, plenty of choices and really friendly welcoming staff. And the dirty chilli fries are a real winner Was also offered a free brownies which they are trying out and asked for feedback, well the Oero one was also excellent 10/10"

"Went here for a pre-theatre dinner. Really good quality food, great price and tastes fantastic. 2 starters, 2 mains, a large wine and a beer for under £45. We were too full for dessert but the cakes looked incredible. Would go back again."

"I don't live in Southampton and a visit back to the mutant mile is always an eye opening one. Once I approached the Hungry diner the us usual mutants were sat outside, one eye between them, six toes on each hand and 50 cigarettes being smoke between the toe jam. I sat down to be approached by a lovely lady that always cooks the cheese omelettes. Now this cafe is flawless, a real greasy spoon and the coleslaw is amazing. You can get a decent cuppa (remember to check for lip stick marks, if you find them just wipe them off and carry on the tomato ketchup is watered down to pink sauce with vinegar but if you like a chavvy delight then this is the place. If they still allowed smoking this would be the place where the staff would have massive fag ends dropping off in your food. But it's clean and the food is great. Just look past the mutants outside, if they approach you act foreign (don't take your Waitrose reusable bag anywhere near them though they will rumble you Will I be back? Of course just for the omelette and appreciation of looking back :"

"The interior set out of the bar is great and looks really nice, I haven't tried the food but from the looks of it it isn't too bad. But the reason for the score is that I feel it is massively over priced for items like beer or a gin and tonic. Over £10 for a double gin and tonic is bit expensive, which is a shame because it looks great inside and would definitely have come back."
