The staff was unhelpful and the reservation system was unreliable. However, others had a positive experience with delicious food, friendly and efficient staff, and a pleasant decor. The restaurant is conveniently located near The Mayflower Theatre, making it a great spot for a pre-show meal. Overall, the restaurant offers a variety of menu options, attentive staff, and a cozy atmosphere, making it a place worth considering when in Southampton.
The good is incredible and the personal is really friendly. I had steak and chips and it was perfectly cooked. I followed that with the canollini and the pastry girl. they were delicious to be of lemon and hazelnut varieties that I could not help but eat them all.
Large small restaurant 2 minutes to walk from the mayflower theatre. view their website for menus and also for current special offers. very friendly and attentive staff. good menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Italian basic, but also with, for example, padthai or burger. I had the burger and it was one of the best I had for a long time. fantastic classic British desserts too! we are at the mayflower in mai.
Fab food, each cure was hot and so tasteful, although busy with ore theatre and 2 large tables, service was fast and attentive. the best I had in a long time, and I eat regularly. I suggest you book! great, friendly and tasteful!
Very nice breakfast friendly service and it was nice and hot in contrast to other places. I'm glad you can see the chief at work!
Staff were very attentive and flexibly. We both had salads and they were very good. Many say you can't do much to make a salad bad but you can and this place does them well. Ingredients fresh and favourism. The noise levels were just right. No one invaded each other space which is hard for restaurants to pull off when they have bare floors and lots of tables close together. Definitely a place to visit again when I visit Southampton.
