"My daughter and I went in and the staff did not greet us. The 5 staff members hovered in the drive thru window area. They weren’t busy; just looking around and talking. There were 3 other staff members talking by the back sink. No one helped us until we asked to put an order in. The staff replied they only do drive thru and pick up. I have attempted to eat-in but on multiple occasions they have refused to make our food to dine in or to take out. They said we had to use our phone to put an order in. The outside is dirty and trash all over the grounds.I won’t be back. Horrible customer service. Terrible, unhealthy culture at Chipotle. I don’t know who manages Chipotle in Western Branch but they need to close it."
