"I’ve eaten there on and off for some years. While the staff are lovely, I’ve tried hard to find something nice. My go to is chicken tikka but I’ve tried various other dishes. The tikka is sliced chicken with a lot, and I mean a lot, of onion. Some of the curries are tolerable, but there’s a lot better out there at similar prices."

"For a while this was my go to pub for a good game of pool and a couple of pints with friends and work colleagues. But i will never be returning to this place. Decided to take a few colleagues for a game of pool...and a pint after work. pints down and a couple of games in............ A bald gentleman who i can only assume is the GM...... just started closing up the pool area half an hour before they closed( closing the pool area took all of minutes), while being incredibly rude about it and giving us no explanation as to why we had be treated in such a way, just locked up and when asked as to why we had been treated in this manor, was told the nearest probabtion house was just across the road..... bearing in mind i am wearing a suit as ive just come from work, was completely shocked. Me and my colleagues alike where completely stunned, but once the dust had settled, we decided we would just get one last beer and go home.......As i approached the bar, just as last orders are called, i am told that last orders have been called and that they cant serve anymore..... baring in mind the bar was still open for more minutes... The answer i was given for being refused a final beer, was that time was in minutes and they didnt believe we could have a beer and leave in minutes..........i mean, this industry is my career and passion, and i always thought last orders mean that you can order your last drinks before the bar shuts no? Still completely stunned at our treatment and to be honest, confused as to what was going on. Told the bar lady it was a shame and how i thought this was a friendly pub with good service in the past...... Was then told to f off by the female bartender !!!!!!!! in all my years working in this industry, i have never been treated so badly and talked to so rudely! i was completely speechless and shocked as to what had just happened...... even as i write this i still am. This is the customer service industry, it is built on thick skin and good customer satisfaction.. Not to tell you customers to f off for ordering a beer as last orders are called. If your calling time ? then that is completely understandable... So if i can say anything to you screen scrollers who are looking for somewhere to go for a nice bite to eat and a beer ? i would avoid this place like the plague, an establishment that thinks its alright to treat customers like this and proceed to tell them to f off , does not deserve anyone's business. 0 out of and will never be back. Shocking."

"I'm completely shocked by this restaurant and there rudeness towards booking. We visited this restaurant as a family of 6 with my daughter who is 7 and well behaved within a restaurant setting. This time around we called to book a table for 4 including my daughter. This restaurant had availability for 7:30pm but refused us because we had our daughter. They stated we do not accept children in our restaurant after 7pm. This was not an issue last time, the service went well, there was no misbehaviour, they didn't even take my name for the second booking, I am shocked, I have never experienced this before ever. Absolutely appalled and no excuse at all for this. We won't be returning there again."

"Absolutely terrible experience. Incredibly rude and abusive when I called to check on my order which was 90 minutes late. No apology, very rude and attacking. Could not have been worse service. Please avoid! Never again. Receptionist started swearing when asked why the food was delayed . Please avoid. So disappointed. Family of 4 going hungry tonight."
