"Was expecting better. Halibut and chips were ok. The battered halibut was not enough for 13.95 the fries were thick hand cut. Coleslaw was vinegar based but good. Grilled Halibut was very bland no seasoning. Service was fast and food came out quickly."

"I was in your restaurant recently, and I think that'll be my last time. I work in customer service, so I try to give the staff Leniency when it's busy. There were two waiting employees, but even if it wasn't busy, it was impossible to get their attention. At first our waitress forgot to hit our appetizers, even after we mentioned it to the manager when he broke the wings. We waited for our appetizers for over an hour. When I dived my chip in the Spinat dip, I found a plastic film (the size of a shop purchased tub of Spinat dip) in diving! Great, now I know how you really prepared this bathroom. We talk to the manager, send it back, and just ask it, the bill we don't want, a second remade order of it. If we finish our mediocre meal with ridiculously inconspicuous service, we ask for the bill. First, the spinach dip was not removed. The server takes the input back before I could check the rest. She comes back and I find that the half price wings were applied only to 3 orders, not 4 despite ordering 4 drinks. I get her attention after 10 minutes to save her and explain the situation. She says she'll fix it. 15 minutes later, she didn't fix it. She goes by the table and tells me the manager will be with us soon. I'm waiting patiently. 15 minutes have passed and the manager seems to have no intention of seeing us. I'm going to the manager to explain the situation to him and he had no idea about the problem! No communication between the staff and the manager!! I'll tell him we don't want to wait until he fixes it. I calculated what the bill should be and prepared the exact amount of money we owe. I'll give it to him and tell him to fix the bill himself. I'm not waiting anymore. And then I left. I tried. I tried to be patient and understand. I even tipped them a little, because I understand it was more business than they probably expected. But the quality of my food was not good enough to release the quality of my experience. At no point did the manager take control of my frustration to offer me a discount for my problems. At no point have I understood that my time is also important. We have dined over 2 hours if it could have been only 1 and think with a toddler and a child. I'm sure the staff was really nice people who just didn't have training. But unfortunately I don't think I'm returning to wild wings because the food had been prepared."

"I had ordered the food for $20.00 for 3 items whom Kenneth, the restaurant manager has recommended me to buy. He has a very good customer service, a very good public relations attitude and he talked to us in Hindi which we were surprised to...him to speak our languages. He has helped us choose a different types of foods in Tangerine Express Menu. He recommended to us that he will like to help or assist us if we needed help in choosing food. We took his advice and love the food and the prices was reasonable to us. We will come back next time to try a different flavour food from TANGERINE EXPRESS. We would highly recommend Kenneth (Manager) to assist us. Servers needs to be trained and serve with smiles."

"Stopped by for a simple and quickly meal, was seating quickly upstairs. The staff works quickly and efficiently. My pulled pork was very good (and I am pulled pork picky). However as I was seating by why looked like a emergency door it was cold and i had to remain all bundled up which made it hard to eat."

"The burger and hotdog wasn't anything special, but it was fresh, and i honestly loved their sides more than the food itself. However, I saw lots of people having shawarma and souvlaki, which I didn't have, and I will try next time."

"Ok so my first BBQ experience in Newmarket was a bust! but. Ricks Cookhouse saved my faith in finding some good BBQ eats in town. Small place but staff was Friendly, Pulled Pork Sandwich was very good, not too sweet, fries were excellent."

"Stopped in for lunch on the patio today. I had the French Onion Soup and it was really good. A big, lovely piece of bread and lots of cheese, and a lovely onion broth. My husband had the pulled pork sandwich, also very good. The menu is large, the prices reasonable."
