"We walked in and stood to be seated because there was no sign telling us whether to wait to be seated or not. Staff gestured from her counter to take the table she pointed at. I was the one to got and ask how they are doing. That's fine, all good. I just feel there should be a "hello" at least. Mains were placed on our table even before we were finished with starters. We gobbled it down hurriedly so we didn't have to eat cold mains. Staff made a face when i asked for fresh plates for mains. Apparently we were expected to eat on the plates we had starters from. Why should i have to mix up oil and flavours of different dishes by re-using the plate? This is common courtesy. It didn't help that food was absolutely average. They don't even give you separate dipping sauce for separate dishes. You are expected to re-use them between starters and mains. It was just pathetic."

"We had two older meal times and they were ok for $10 I am not going to come, but my other friend had a $36 eye fillet that was as big as an egg yolk and asked for medium rarely and it was well done after about half an hour waiting got a substitute meal and it was the same, they came and asked if it was okay after he had finished it and he said just, yes it was good, so"

"My husband and I used to frequent this restaurant weekly. They had a great specials board that changed weekly and always delivered.Two weeks ago we visited, the atmosphere had changed and the food didn't have the same quality we had come to expect. We put this down to an off night. Tonight though we ordered some takeaway pizza and despite my husband having rung and ordered the pizza and was told a 25 minute wait, 45 minutes later the pizza was ready. The quality was lackluster and my gluten free pizza was covered in bbq sauce (which is not gluten free). Also the specials boards had not changed since we were last there.I hope the quality improves as this was a great place!"

"I have been ordering fish and chips from this place for years, and I have never once been disappointed. The staff are really friendly, the potato cakes are never greasy, and the chips are excellent! The flake has been a little soggy on occasions but was always still enjoyable."
